Funding
- CBSL receives grant funding that enables it to subsidize the cost of
consultants providing services.
- Customers are expected to contribute between one third and half the
total cost of the assignment.
- CBSL arranges to pay the grant contribution directly to the
consultant, avoiding the use of the customer’s working capital.
- CBSL does not provide financial assistance such as loans or
investment capital, only grants to cover part of the cost of the
technical assistance.
